What we collect
Account details (name, email, optional phone), preferences such as time zone and currency, and the financial records you choose to enter: card nicknames, issuers, limits, balances, APRs, dates, bills, payments and reminders.
What we never collect
Full credit-card numbers, CVV codes, online banking credentials and bank account logins are never requested or stored. NESTA11 does not connect to your financial institutions.
How it is protected
Data is encrypted in transit and at rest and isolated per account by database-level row security, so no other subscriber can read your records.
Sharing
We do not sell your data. Limited processors (email and SMS delivery, hosting, payment processing) receive only what is required to deliver the service.
Your rights
You may export or delete your data at any time from Settings. Deletion removes your financial records from the platform. To make a privacy or data-deletion request, contact support@nesta11.com.
Customer support requests
When you contact us through the Contact NESTA11 page or by email, we collect the name, email address, support category, subject and message you provide, plus your account ID if you are signed in, so we can respond and keep a record of the request. Support messages are used only to answer and improve support; they are not used for unrelated marketing without your consent.
